Nick Homan was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Nick graduated Summa Cum Laude from South Texas College of Law in 2012 where he was a member of the South Texas Law Review, Dean’s List, Order of Lytae, and received several Am. Jur. Awards. While at South Texas, Nick also competed in 10 national Appellate Advocacy and Mock Trial competitions where he earned T. Gerald Treece’s Dean’s Outstanding Advocate Award and was inducted into the Order of Barristers. Before attending South Texas, Nick attended Houston Baptist University where he made the Dean’s List and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2009.

While at Houston Baptist, Nick played varsity baseball for 3 years and was named an NCAA Great West Conference Academic All American in 2008-2009. Since the day he graduated law school, Nick has spent his career fighting for the injured and disadvantaged. Nick has extensive experience litigating complex civil cases throughout the U.S., including automobile, truck, and motorcycle accidents; premises liability; products liability; hunting accidents; maritime injuries; toxic tort; oil & gas; commercial litigation; contract disputes; civil rights violations; contested probate matters; and others. In September of 2018, Nick served as lead trial attorney and won a $1.2M jury verdict on behalf of our client who was badly injured on a cruise ship.
